How to create your new Paycove Account

  1. Sign Up: Use these instructions to follow along at Team Merchant's Paycove Sign-Up Page to sign up for a new account.

  2. Activation: We’ll notify DACdb support to activate your gateway, with your club cc'd on the communication.

  3. Take a Payment: Your account will be able to accept payments just like you are today with the benefits of Paycove!

This change offers several enhanced features, including:

  • No Extra Costs: Enjoy all the Paycove upgrades at no additional cost.

  • Smooth Transition: We can use your existing payment processing account and plug it right into Paycove.

  • Dynamic Platform Fee: Option to pass through 100% of the payment processing and integration costs to the payor if your club desires.

  • Event Names & Real Time Transaction Detail: Paycove gives you real-time transaction details, like event name, payor name and more from DACdb, making it easier to track payments and perform reconciliation.

  • Easy Refunds: Handle refunds effortlessly with one click in Paycove (*Coming soon - direct refunds in DACdb through Paycove).

  • Pending ACH Visibility: ACH payments show as pending in real-time, updating DACdb accordingly so you always know the status.

  • Customizable Payments Page: Make the payments page your own.

  • A Fresh Look: The new interface is clearer and easy to understand.

The process is quick and straightforward, taking less than 5 minutes. However, you do need to take action today as time is of the essence to keep your payments processing successfully.
