  • We can... but... It will not send any information back to the DACdb Registration and/or Finance system(s) and will require manual reconciliation, but if you’re okay with that, Team Merchant can set up this process for you. Please email info@teammerchant.com

  • Payyfactory only reports on deposits into your bank account. So the transaction will not show up until the money is deposited.

  • Reasons why the funds might not end up in bank account the next day:

    Transactions can take a full business day to process if there aren’t any delays.

    A transaction run on Monday before 8pm EST will process Tuesday, and be deposited into your account on Wednesday. Rarely, it may be Thursday.

  • Something isn’t showing right in DACdb or iMembersDB: create a ticket at https://www.dacdbsupport.com/

    I need to update my bank account or change the account owner: Payfactory

    I have questions about a transaction and how it is showing in Paycove or Payfactory: Team Merchant.

  • For companies that absorb the fees:

    Account fees are deducted from your account on file by Payfactory at the end of the month. To see details login to https://partnerportal.payfactory.app and click on “Billing.”

    Click on the month for an expanded view.

    For companies that use the Platform Fee:

    Payfactory holds the platform fee at the time of payment, and there will not be a regular billing.

    The only situation where you would receive a bill is if Payfactory has a bounceback when depositing money into your account, or if your company loses a chargeback. Either is a $35 fee.

  • A fee clubs can charge their members for the convenience of paying securely online.

    For legal reasons, this is not a convenience fee or a surcharge, but a fee charged for the convenience of secure online transactions from Payfactory.

    It must be applied to every payment on the account, and applied to all transactions on that account.

    Payfactory will hold the fee at the time of payment so the clubs will not have to account for it. The fee is not adjustable.

  • Go to https://partnerportal.payfactory.app the username will be the email address of the person who signed for the account.

  • ACH needs to be manually refunded through PayFactory. It can only be voided if caught before it batches out at 3pm EST on the same day.

    To refund an ACH transaction, please login to https://partnerportal.payfactory.app and create a support ticket and they will reverse the transaction.

    -Use your Payfactory username and password to log in to their ticketing system.

    -Click "Submit a request"

    -Fill out the necessary details on the form, including the transaction information and the amount to be refunded.

  • A lot of clubs use DACdb to make a calendar event for a QR code to take payments at live events.

  • Please complete the Control Prong Change form. Both parties need to sign, and the form needs to be filled out in its entirety, including the new account owner’s (AKA control prong’s) Social Security Number to be processed. For federal compliance, we need the social security number to do an identity verification for the person who is in charge of the account.

    To submit a ticket to your account, simply follow these steps:

    Click on the Payfactory Login button below

    Log in to your account using your credentials.

    Click on "Contact Support" in the blue left-hand column of the page.

    Click on "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the page.

    Use your Payfactory username and password to log in to their ticketing system.

    Click "Submit a request"

    Fill out the necessary details on the form, attach the completed form with any supporting documentation.

    Submit the ticket, and we'll take care of the rest!
