Add a User
For each account make a ticket in Payfactory that says: “Please add FirstName LastName, Email as a user”
Update Account Signer
The Account Signer is referred to by Payfactory as a ‘Control Prong.’ To update the control prong, the outgoing control prong will create a ticket to add a user, and then the new control prong will create a ticket requesting underwriting to update the new control prong to be the account signer.
